Passivation and Surface Finishing
Ramco’s agitating turbulating parts washing technology is easily adaptable to many chemical surface finishing processes including Passivation, Alodine, Chromate, Etching and others. Ramco offers both semi-automated and fully automated Passivation and other Surface Finishing Systems. Ramco systems can be configured for Nitric Acid Passivation or Citric Acid Passivation.
Ramco’s semi-automated systems take the guess work out of process compliance by automating each step of the process. Ramco’s agitation and turbulation technique can actually accelerate the Passivation process for either Nitric Acid or Citric Acid applications. Ramco’s fully automated systems will take work placed on a load conveyor though the entire line with no operator attention.
Ramco’s Citric Acid based Passivation systems can be provided with Ultrasonics to further accelerate the process when required.
