Great for poly carboys and portable vessels!

This non metallic tank rinsing station allows users to rinse carboys and containers in a very compact, cost effective, and efficient way.  An operator simply places a poly carboy or small stainless vessel upside down on top of the rinse station, then opens a water supply valve which activates a rotary spray nozzle.   The spinning spray nozzle is powered by a pump fluid flow and pressure and sized appropriately for the cleaning requirement and cycle time.  This tank cleaning process rinses the container quickly, safely, and completely.  The waste water effluent drains away and can be filtered or treated as desired.   We can customize to your specifications, and include any fittings, spray ball styles including impingement cleaning technology to speed cleaning and reduce effluent, and supply portable CIP cart systems to suit.
